Since BayAsians is also a non-profit association, the events and activities will mostly be run by volunteers. Therefore, the mangement of the events will be left towards the event organizer(s).

The event organizer(s) or BayAsians officers does reserve the right to close an event or turn way anyone without reason. Any special membership programs for any person maybe revoke at anytime due to "unprofessional" behavior without warning. This decision will be left up to the board of directors of BayAsians.

The name "BayAsians", or "BayAsians.org" belongs to our non-profit assocation in the San Francisco Bay Area. Unauthorized use of the name or intent to distribute information using the name is prohibited by laws without written consent of the President, or Board of Directors.
